GATHER Volunteer Application

Welcome to GATHER 2025. Thank you for considering a volunteer position at this years event. Please read the volunteer expectations and exchange details before applying. We will respond by June 8th.


Expectation- Volunteers must arrive On Friday August 15 by 9:00 am. We would love for you to come Thursday August 14 for an extra night of camping and to get yourself oriented if this is an option for you!


Volunteers will be asked to help with...


Friday August 15, from 10:00am-2:00pm Set Up. You will have from 9:00-10:00 to settle into your camp on Friday am and from 2:00 - 3:00 to relax and prepare for the opening ceremony at 3:00pm.


Saturday August 16, 6:45 - 7:45am. General Help. This will also include tiny pockets during the day between attending all of your prefered offerings. Small jobs like helping direct guests, tidying spaces between offerings etc.


Sunday August, 17 2:00 - 5:30pm. Take Down & Clean Up. This will include final clean up of the grounds and spaces. Helping to put the farm back to basics for the next event. You are welcome to camp an extra night if this works better with your travel plans!


PREFERANCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO STAY UNTIL 5:30PM ON SUNDAY


Tasks will include...

  • guest orientation

  • cleaning (washrooms, treatment rooms, eating areas etc.)

  • moving things from here to there

  • decorating

  • being fun and creative

  • adding your unique touch to this event


Exchange


In exchange for your hard work and loving energy you will have access to all group and individual activties Friday- Sunday. This will include your camping. This exchange is valued at $600. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A FOOD TICKET SEPARATELY. Cost is tbd but you can expect around $200. You will be required to bring your own food if coming Thursday night. As well as any snacks and meals above what is provided within the event.
