Please consider joining our team for GATHER 2026, an Exclusive Retreat for Women.

We are seeking facilitators, practitioners and vendors to participate in our multi-day retreat in Shawnigan Lake, BC. We invite you to visit the forms below to see what category best suits your unique offering. Click here to learn more about GATHER.

FACILITATORS

Do you have a unique gift, activity, workshop or valued information you would like to share with our guests? We are looking for women who want to share their gifts in exchange for a weekend ticket to the event. Food is not included in the exchange. When you are not offering you will be able to indulge in the offerings of others.

PRACTITIONERS

Are you a body worker, healer, energy master or card reader? We would love for you to enhance our guests' experience. You will be part of the 'healers village', offering mini treatments and snippets of bliss in the serenity of the woods.

VENDORS

Are you an artisan with unique, valued, quality products? Are you a musician with smooth, soothing talents?  Help us in helping our guests spoil themselves while on retreat. The night market will take place on Sunday evening. Details below in application.

CATERING

Do you prepare fresh, delicious, organic, healthy, farm to table food for groups of 50+ people? If so, then this application is for you if you! We are looking for food vendors and caterers who want to work with us to provide top quality food for our attendees. Details below in application.

Volunteer 

Would you consider joining us for GATHER 2025 as a volunteer? Enjoy the entire event in exchange for a little hard work and exchange of energy. All details can be found on the form below! We can't wait to have you here with us.
