Let yourself be lulled into the deepest form of relaxation. We use a combination of restorative yoga, sound, scent & optional hands on touch and massage alongside meditation and breath techniques to prepare the body and mind for bed. We suggest this practice in the evening before turning in for the night. Sessions will take place in the Burrow with use of all the props including bolsters, cushions, blocks, blankets, massage balls, eye pillows, hot water bottles and sound instruments such as singing bowls and chimes. Soak yourself under the wide open sky in our one of a kind wood fired cedar hot tub located just steps away from the private dock and quaint, secluded lake. Fully embrace the elements of Water and Fire as you slip into complete presence amongst the wildness of nature. An experience that captivates all of your senses. The smell of the wood fire smoke, the juxtaposition of hot water on the body as crisp air moves across your face…an experience like none other. Enjoy bottomless farm and forest foraged beverages during your dip. PLEASE NOTE THIS EXPERIENCE IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING A PROVINCIAL FIRE BAN (these generally run from mid July- September) The water is treated with Bromine only. Start your day off with the fundamentals. Movement, Breath and Integration through stillness. Join one of our skilled instructors for an invigorating, vinyasa based flow that will balance the yang and yin with sequences designed to strengthen, align and detoxify the body as a whole. The practice will end with 30 mins of yin and savassana. Open to all levels from beginner-expert. NO experience necessary. This practice can be modified for prenatal or early postpartum mummas with our Yoga Alliance certified prenatal teacher. Practice will take place in the Burrow or on the Dock, the choice is yours (weather permitting). Duration:1.5 hours 9:00am-10:15am Exchange $25 / person

Join Adrienne for a guided adventure through the wilderness of Grow Wild and the surrounding forests. Explore the edible flora of the season. Forage for berries and mushrooms, discuss methods for harvesting, cleaning and preparing while bathing in the natural sights, sounds and smells of the West Coast Rainforest. Get your hands dirty and wash away the noise of everyday life. Guests must be able to hike on uneven,steep, slippery and wet terrain for up to 2 hours. Sturdy footwear and rain gear may be required. Enjoy a unique, seasonally inspired farm to table brunch served in our timber frame greenhouse. Meals are inspired by what is available on the farm and from the forests of Grow Wild. Your meal includes tea, coffee, cacao or matcha, beverage or smoothie, protein, fruit & vegetables. GF, DF, Vegan and Vegetarian preferences can be accommodated. Whatever we cannot source directly from our farm or forests we source from farms within a 100km radius. Each guest will have the opportunity to fill out a 'preference form' before their stay. Available seasonally, our organically grown farm fresh vegetable box is available for $20 for 2 people or $35 for 4 people. Use your veggies to prepare meals during your stay or take them back to your home kitchen. Boxes can be available upon arrival or departure.
