Sacred Journey a Prenatal Retreat

Mamas-to-be, join us for this full-day retreat to relax and connect with self, baby, and community. We will move our bodies with gentle, accessible prenatal yoga, calm the mind through meditation, connect with others through conversation in a safe and welcoming environment, and nourish our bodies with delicious food throughout the day. The afternoon will be filled with relaxing foot and leg reflexology and massages, swimming dockside on our private lake, surrounded by nature and the wild and the option to book a private mini maternity photoshoot with Sheena Davies Photogtaphy in a location of your choosing. This retreat is for any expactant mumma, first timers or experienced vetrans!! Created by mothers for mothers. Let us nourish and spoil you and your baby. Maternity shoots are not included in the cost and can be booked closer to the retreat date. Shoots will occur throughout the last 3 hours of the retreat . Tickets can be purchased through Sheena Davies Photography closer to the retreat date. We will send you the link! Photoshots will be 15-20 mins long and each recipient will recieve 7 professional digital photos. All other offerings are included in the Sacred Journey ticket (yoga, food, massages, swimming etc) We can accomodate most dietery restrictions.
