Tapped out by Friday afternoon? Join us for a fun, dynamic 1.5 hour vinyasa flow on the dock (weather permitting!) followed by optional sip, social and soak! This weeks theme is twists. We will be offering this event one Friday per month until the fall.

About the event
Finish your week off right with a 1.5 hour vinyassa flow followed by the option to stick around for a beverage, swim and a little social time. Stay for just the yoga or make an evening out of it. If the weather is unfavourable we will move from the dock to the Burrow for yoga.
