A deeper invitation to soften, slow down, and receive. Melt Deep is a 4-hour solo experience created for moments when your whole being is asking for spaciousness. A day to step away from the pace of everything else and settle into warmth, quiet, touch, and deep rest in at Grow Wild's off-grid oasis. Your experience begins at the Burrow, where you’ll have time to arrive slowly with a favourite book and a warm cup of tea. Settle in, breathe, and let yourself arrive fully into the space. From there, you’ll be invited to bathe in the sauna for unto 45 minutes. (optional cold dips between sweat sessions) From the sauna you will be gently ushered to the treatment room for a Eucalyptus Salt Scrub Full Body Massage. A eucalyptus salt scrub from Forest Etiquette is gently worked into the skin, melting into the body as you receive a slow, nourishing full-body massage. Following your massage, enjoy the warmth of the outdoor shower before returning to the treatment room for a one-hour facial. A chance to soften the muscles of the face, release the places that quietly hold tension, and receive nurturing touch from head to heart. After your treatments, return to the Burrow where a cozy nap station will be waiting with supportive props, blankets, and comforting touches. Settle in for a beautiful Yoga Nidra recording, take a nap, read, sip tea, or simply rest. The remainder of your time is intentionally self-led. There is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish. You’re welcome to follow the natural rhythm of your body and let the experience unfold slowly. Four hours to soften. To receive.
