About the event
Join Adrienne and Nicole for an afternoon in celebration of the Winter Solstice. We will begin the evening with a winter ritual and 1 hour of Yin yoga to move deep into facial release. Following this we will drop into 45 mins of Yoga Nidra (complete with silk eye coverings) lead by one of our favourite practitioner Nicole Kaspar. We will finish the evening off with a cup of homemeade Chai.
