About the event
Welcome to our first offering of the 2023 season. Join Claire and Adrienne for a fun, playful vinyassa practice culminating in deep restorative rest. We will follow up our practice with a homecooked crepe brunch in the greenhouse. Help us clebrate the close of a long winter season as signs of spring slowly emerge.
