Join Adrienne for a heart-centered evening to honor the Strawberry Full Moon and the Summer Solstice, two powerful moments of ripening and radiance. This evening gathering combines gentle moon salutations on the dock (weather permitting), intention-setting, and a sacred circle in The Burrow to celebrate the sweetness of life and the fullness of the season.
As the longest days meet the brightest moon, we come together to move, breathe, and connect...inviting in light, love, the wisdom and bounty of the native strawberry and the much awaited entrance to summer.
We will flow through a 75 minute Moon Salutation centred yoga practice on the dock, honouring the themes of ripening and radiance. This will be followed with a strawberry inspired snack & tea, while we close with a 1 hour circle in The Burrow.
