About the event
Join Adrienne and Claire as we step in to the season of Spring. We will enjoy a 75 min fun flow Yang- Yin Practice with lots of twists and movement to move the stagnant winter energy. As we flow through the practice we will make our way to the floor to enjoy some deeply restful restorative postures to integrate and receive the benefits of the earlier practice. After practice we will make our way to the Greenhouse for a build your own Ramen Bar! With plenty of interesting and unique toppings to choose from including GF, VE, VEG.
